Taking Action We take Corporate Social Responsibility seriously. Whether it’s painting and decorating a local school, helping children to learn new football skills or donating office furniture to local charities, everyone at CBS makes a contribution to helping in the community. CBS are proud to receive the Pride of Reading ‘Business in Action’ Award. Supporting Charities With the help of Connect Reading, we have been able to assist a number of local charities with much needed office equipment. We have donated furniture to the Stronger Together Programme; to the Ryder-Cheshire Volunteers; to Reading Voluntary Action and to Circles UK. We are also raising support for Foneaid, the mobile phone recycling scheme, which assists Third World countries and also benefits nominated local causes. Want to join us?
