CBS signs up to the Skills Pledge

 

CBS continues to encourage staff to realise their full potential by supporting individuals through the national learning skills initiative. 

At CBS we believe that encouraging staff to achieve their true potential benefits both the employer and the individual, improving productivity and morale. We’ve now taken this belief to the next level by signing up to the Government’s Skills Pledge initiative.

The Skills Pledge is a voluntary public commitment by the organisation to invest in raising the skills of its workforce.
